What days do we deliver locally?
We deliver locally to homes and businesses each Thursday between 9 am – 6pm. Delivery is free. To prevent thawing, if you are not home at the time of delivery we will place the seafood in a cooler which will keep products frozen until you come home.
When do we ship nationwide?
We ship orders Monday – Thursday and they are delivered Tuesday – Friday. To prevent seafood from thawing, we do not ship orders if they will be in transit over the weekend. Please allow 1 – 2 business days (depending on your location) for your order to arrive. For more detailed information, please check our shipping map below.
How much does shipping cost?
Local delivery is free, Florida in-state shipping is $19 and out of state is $65.
How do we ship your seafood?
All Pine Island Seafood products are carefully hand-packed in an insulated cooler and delivered via UPS via 2 day delivery.
What if I receive something that I am not satisfied with?
At Pine Island Seafood, we guarantee great taste and peace of mind. We will refund or replace any purchase if you are not 100% satisfied. Contact us with any concerns via our convenient online customer service form.
Do you need to be home when your order arrives?
You do not need to be home when your order arrives but it does need to be placed in a freezer by the end of the day. All Pine Island Seafood products are packed with enough dry ice (or gel packs) to ensure your seafood stays sufficiently frozen during shipping and for the rest of the delivery day, so the package can remain outside your door safely until you arrive home.
Anything else you should know?
We cannot accept online orders that are shipped to Alaska or Hawaii or to a PO Box.
Any incorrect addresses on an order may delay your order. Please be sure to double check your order prior to submitting.
We cannot refund a refused or UPS returned seafood order. Please be sure your address is correct.
